Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Controlling Manager for a leading industrial manufacturing client in Batangas, Philippines. The role drives the annual operating plan, forecasts, and financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will oversee P&L analysis, production KPI reporting, inventory management, and capital expenditure approvals, coordinating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous, and the position offers a permanent role with leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes.
Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with financial systems and tools.

Responsibilities

Drives the annual operating plan process including forecast.
Financial analysis and management reporting of P&L (direct material consumption, efficiency, scrap, production order related).
Evaluation and reporting of plant KPIs.
Inventory management in Workshop, excess and obsolete reports per Stihl guideline.
Expense and investment budget control including approval process.
Controls and policy formulation related to cost, inventory, capital expenditure/fixed assets, operational issues.
