Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) are an advantage.

Responsible for monitoring and improving the company's financial and operational performance. EDUCATION

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 2-5 years of experience in business control, financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, controlling, or a related finance role.
• Experience in manufacturing, paper, FMCG, or industrial companies is preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support management with data-driven business decisions.
