Job summary

SM Store is seeking a capable Customer Service Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across on-site and off-site locations in the San Fernando area. The role focuses on leading teams to deliver excellent ice-cold service that drives sales growth and profitability.

You will develop sales strategies, monitor financial performance, and address escalated customer inquiries while coaching staff to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Customer Service supervisor or similar role.
