Job summary

DUNKIN in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Business Application Lead for a full-time role. You will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the business applications portfolio, leading a team, managing software development and maintenance activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and at least 5 years in software development, with familiarity of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) and Scrum.

We are seeking an experienced Business Application Lead to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. In this leadership position, you will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our business applications portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, manage software development and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Software development team and Application support
• Review and assess compliance of initiative and change request requirements
• Creating system guidelines and manual for the organization
• Designing new systems and development frameworks
• Lead and drive the process improvements
• Ensure the development life cycle are aligned in the project management timelines
• Conduct regular reviews of system for improvements
• Collaborate with steering committee in designing end-to-end process improvements
• Interact with 3rd party vendor for new software development, bug fixes, change request and new version releases
• Ensure the UAT cycle is with the accepted result before deployment
• Introduce opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes
• Act as Level 3 support for any system related issues
• Collaborate with Database Infra, Cyber Security and Data Analyst to ensure the alignment of the system requirements
• Write technical documentation, test scripts, document of understanding and use cases/user stories
• Guide Application Support to ensure addressing the issues and concern in appropriate approach

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology like Agile and Waterfall.
