Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Business Analytics Officer in Makati to design, develop, and deploy dashboards and MIS reports for Mass Retail. You will enable data-driven analysis of market trends, profitability, and customer behavior to inform strategy and growth.

The role requires strong data management, analytical skills, and proficiency with SAS, Python, Tableau, and VBA. You will collaborate with the Data Management team to ensure data integrity and timely

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Experience in data management, data engineering, risk modeling/analytics in consumer lending.
• Proficient in SAS, Python, VBA, Tableau and related tools.
• Analytical and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to convey complex data clearly.

Mansioni

• Designs, develops, and deploys business dashboards and MIS reports.
• Generates data-driven insights on acquisition and marketing programs.
• Analyzes data from internal and external sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensures data integrity and timely production of regular and ad hoc MIS reports.
• Validates programs (SAS, Excel, VBA) to ensure MIS reports meet business needs.
• Collaborates with Data Management to define data requirements for MIS.
