We are hiring two candidates for this position

SUMMARY

The Business Analyst is a key role in the Functional Services for the deployment of Hummingbirds PPM solution. They are responsible for understanding the client’s working environment and translating business requirements into functional specifications for platform configuration. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, review PMO artifacts, and conduct workshops to assess business needs.

By leading solution workshops and showcasing the platform's capabilities, the BA ensures alignment between client expectations and system configuration. They play a key role in developing Solution Blueprints, answering technical queries, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency within both the Client and Hummingbird’s environments. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management and a passion for optimising business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and system functionality. Your work will involve engaging with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and helping shape how solutions are configured and delivered.

Your day-to-day will involve;

• Gathering and analysing client business requirements
