Job summary

Cobden & Carter International in the Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst focused on data mapping, data structures, and system integration. The role collaborates with business users, architects, and developers to understand data and document how it should be structured for seamless integration.

You will gather requirements, map data across systems, create data models and diagrams, and support data migration projects while helping maintain the Enterprise Architecture repository.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Business Analysis or similar analytical experience.
• 3+ years of architecture-related experience.
• Experience with data modeling and data/system integration.
• Familiarity with data governance.
• Experience using architecture/data modeling tools.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder interview skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• High attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Able to work independently.
