Job summary

HRTx Inc. invites a hybrid, night-shift Data Architect/Business Analyst in Makati City. You will design data models and architecture, translate business needs to technical specs, and collaborate with developers and business teams for accurate implementation.

You will maintain the enterprise architecture capability model, manage the application portfolio, and contribute to information architecture standards. The role also covers data migration support and training on data system access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in business analysis or analytical roles, incl. 3 years in architectural functions.
• Experience with data modeling, integration, and architecture tools.
• Familiarity with data governance practices and enterprise data architectures.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and maintain data integrity.
• Proven capability in requirements gathering and leading discovery interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Architecture: Design conceptual models, diagrams, and model enhancements to optimize data integration, efficiency, and alignment with target architectures.

• Requirements & Integration: Analyze data structures, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with developers and business teams for accurate implementation.

• Enterprise Architecture Governance: Maintain the Enterprise Architecture capability model, manage the application portfolio, and contribute to standards for the information architecture repository.

• Migration & Technical Support: Support data migration projects, assist with integration testing, and provide technical support and training on data system access and usage.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 5–8 years in business analysis or analytical roles, including 3 years in architectural functions and hands‑on experience with data modeling, integration, and architecture tools.

• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with data governance practices and enterprise data architectures.

• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, derive insights, and maintain high data accuracy and integrity.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven capability in requirements gathering, active communication, and leading complex discovery interviews with non-technical stakeholders.
