Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Growth team in Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on developing CRM processes across multiple areas, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

You will own requirements, manage the backlog, and document business processes, ensuring alignment with system implementations. This position requires relocation to Manila and strong fintech/banking CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in fintech / banking.
• Strong experience with CRM systems and process design.
• Knowledge of BPMN and business process modeling.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of system integration principles and APIs.

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join Salmon's Growth team and help develop CRM processes across several business areas, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

What You'll Own

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Willingness to relocate to Manila, Philippines (relocation is required for this role).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in fintech / banking.
• Strong experience with CRM systems, including development, implementation, or process design.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and hands-on experience in business process modeling.
• Experience gathering and formalizing requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of system integration principles, hands-on experience with APIs, and understanding of event-driven architecture / Kafka.
• Strong communication skills, including experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior colleagues, presenting solutions, and clearly articulating and defending your point of view.
• English at B2 level or higher.
