• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role within banking/fintech.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and processes, especially in retail banking and lending.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for data analysis, documentation, and presentation development.
• Experience using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
