Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, CS or related field.
• 1–2 years in business analysis or data analytics in banking/fintech.
• Knowledge of banking products and processes in retail banking and lending.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio for data analysis and documentation.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and processes, particularly in retail banking and lending.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for data analysis, documentation, and presentation development.
• Experience using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
