Job summary

Propelrr is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment. You will elicit and document requirements, craft user stories, and translate business needs into actionable tasks for web and mobile solutions.

Qualifications

Ability to elicit, formalize, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Experience documenting software requirements and user stories.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with translating complex business needs.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality documentation that meets standards for its audience.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and deliver clear documentation and insights.
Design workflows and business process models to support product features.
Prepare dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) for executives.
Perform project management tasks including planning, coordination, and execution.
