Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a candidate with strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement to support complex IT programs. You will lead workshops, document requirements, and align solution designs with business goals and regulatory needs.

Coordinate data, integration, and workflow requirements, support migration activities, and drive UAT/defect resolution. You will manage governance, prepare executive materials, and drive business readiness, training, and adoption

Job description

Led requirements workshops with business and IT stakeholders, documenting requirements, user stories, and future-state processes. Partnered with architects and SI vendors to align solution designs with business goals and regulatory needs. Defined data, integration, and workflow requirements, supported migration activities, coordinated UAT and defect resolution, managed stakeholder alignment and governance, prepared executive materials, and drove business readiness, training, and adoption initiatives.
