Job summary

Morgan McKinley Philippines is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Private Banking) to lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation to closure.

The role requires strong project management in regulated financial services, clear stakeholder engagement, and governance across Product, Operations, Technology, and Risk, with a proven delivery track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects in regulated environments, preferably within financial services.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivery.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs across front-to-back MSS processes such as Product, Operations, Technology, and Risk/Controls.
• Proven track record of delivering business, regulatory, and technology changes with a clear understanding of operating model impacts.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and drive decisions quickly, with strong risk and control awareness.
