Job summary

EQPM in the Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst with 6-8 years' experience in banking or financial services IT programs. You will gather, document, and validate functional requirements for MS Dynamics CRM modules such as case management, onboarding, or lending workflows.

Refine requirements into detailed specs and acceptance criteria for QA, liaise with client stakeholders, and coordinate UAT planning. You will also produce process flows, wireframes, and documentation for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of BA experience in banking/financial IT programs.
• Strong MS Dynamics CRM knowledge in banking workflows.
• Familiar with QA lifecycle and automation coverage planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirement docs.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirements and delivery.

Responsibilities
