Cocogen Insurance, Inc. seeks a skilled professional to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business operations systems aligned with core organizational needs.

You will meet with end users to capture requirements, assess current systems, and define goals while driving improvements and adoption across departments. The role includes coordinating QA activities, planning user acceptance tests, and facilitating end-user training for new and updated systems to ensure smooth deployment and

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related course.
• Work experience in the same or related position or industry is an advantage
• Modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment and related spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications
• Standard and accepted usage of the English language; communication techniques required for gathering, evaluating and transmitting information and directing group discussions.
