Job summary

XRC Mall Developer, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Metro Manila to bridge business units and IT. You will lead end-to-end process discovery, document requirements, map system architecture, and enhance enterprise software, with a focus on Oracle NetSuite configuration and scripting.

You will own BPD/BRD/FRD/SRS, serve as Tier 3 support, and drive cross-functional projects across departments, ensuring successful system rollouts and user adoption.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the role

The Business Analyst serves as a vital strategic link between enterprise business units and the technical development teams. Reporting directly to the ICT Head, this position leads end-to-end process discovery, requirements engineering, system architecture mapping, and enterprise software enhancement. In addition to driving business process documentation (BPD, BRD, FRD, SRS), this role acts as the primary functional administrator and lead technical specialist for core enterprise platforms—specifically Oracle NetSuite. The Senior Business Analyst oversees workflow configuration, customization, basic automation scripting (SuiteScript / Google Apps Script), project execution, vendor evaluation, and user change management across all cross-functional departments.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate high-level discovery sessions, structured stakeholder interviews, focus group workshops, and direct operational observations across all business units

• Analyze, design, and maintain comprehensive "AS-IS" and "TO-BE" process flowcharts, value stream maps, and visual workflows

• Gather, evaluate, and formalize detailed functional and non-functional requirements

• Author, maintain, and sign off on key strategic and technical documentation including Business Process Documentation (BPD), Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), and System Requirements Specification (SRS)

• Serve as the senior escalation point (Tier 3 functional support) for enterprise Oracle NetSuite users across the organization

• Direct the configuration of user preferences, custom roles/permissions, dynamic forms, saved searches, performance dashboards, and executive reporting

• Analyze complex system anomalies, isolate root causes, and implement long-term functional resolutions

• Write, debug, deploy, and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript, Google Apps Script, or equivalent JavaScript frameworks for targeted system enhancements and task automation

• Lead functional project streams for major system implementations, module add-ons, and cross-departmental software rollouts

• Design and deliver structured user orientation sessions, module-specific training modules, and administrative handoff workshops

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or ERP Specialist, with demonstrated progression into senior-level responsibilities

• Proven experience in functional administration, setup, configuration, and support of Oracle NetSuite (SuiteSuccess, NetSuite OneWorld, or core NetSuite Financials/CRM/Supply Chain)

• Strong analytical capability in scoring RFPs, assessing third-party vendor solutions, and maintaining accountability

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong capacity to translate complex business operations into precise technical requirements
