Description

The Business Analyst role is to bridge the gap between business needs and ERP technology solutions. This position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and validating business processes and system requirements to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance for ERP system.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, programming language knowledge and deep understanding of both business processes and ERP.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Collaborates with stakeholders for the business requirements and analyze and translate them into clear functional requirements related to M3 BE Supply Chain Planning.
• Designs M3-aligned solutions that consider for system behavior, configuration impacts, and product constraints, and works closely with software engineers during implementation.
• Defines and executes test strategies, including functional, integration, regression, smoke, and performance testing.
• Investigates and resolves product issues by analyzing system behavior and propose effective solutions.
• Contributes in designing AI-enabled solutions using M3 data and in AI productivity initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 to 4-year experience Business Analyst with technical skills in database, Java or other related programming language
• ERP experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supply Chain Planning process experience
• Knowledge of AI tooling and hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, Kiro, Claude, similar)
