Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst with NetSuite ERP experience to join our team in Metro Manila. You will develop dashboards and reports, gather requirements, map processes, and provide data‑driven insights to support compliance, operations, and management decisions.

The role requires 2+ years of BA experience, strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, SQL proficiency, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (ERP, CRM, and financials).
• Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop regular and adhoc dashboards, reports, MIS to help monitors KPIs against goals.
• Deliver accurate, comprehensive reports addressing control/regulatory requirements.
• Regularly generate lists of exceptions to internal/external policies using digital monitoring tools.
• During audits, deliver data and reports critical for reviewing business processes.
• Find opportunities to automate data/report generation and rationalize existing reports.
• Ensure high quality of work and proactively resolve data issues.

Responsibilities:

• Develop regular and adhoc business dashboards, reports, MIS that will help the business, operations and compliance managers monitor their key performance indicators against goals. Visualize, analyze and provide data-driven insights to enable stakeholders to make vital decisions.
• Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports to address control, compliance, or regulatory-related requirements
• Regularly generate the list of exceptions to the bank’s internal and external policies and regulations using digital monitoring tools
• During internal and external audits, deliver data and reports which are critical in the review of business processes
• Find opportunities to automate data and report generation, as well as rationalize existing reports to ensure there is value in all reports generated
• Ensure high quality of work and proactively resolve data issues if any
