You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into BI solutions and deliver value through Agile iterations. You will work on Power BI reporting, data visualization, and ad hoc analyses, partnering with Finance, HR, and Marketing across our network.

The Business Analyst in the BI function plays a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the firm. As the first contact for ad hoc analysis, this position partners with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver analysis. Their focus is also on translating requirements into actionable solutions that deliver value, and champions the adoption and development of BI tools and best practices. Operating within an Agile development cycle, the Business Analyst ensures that solutions are delivered iteratively, efficiently, and in close collaboration with stakeholders. The role is integral to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring that data quality, governance, and ethical standards are upheld in all analytical activities.
