Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support digital banking and financial services transformations. You will gather requirements, model processes, and collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to deliver data-driven, user-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in banking, fintech, or digital platforms, with strong SDLC and agile experience, plus proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, fintech, or digital transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile delivery models.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units, product owners, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements for new systems or enhancements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Support development of use cases, process flows, wireframes, and documentation for design and development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions with stakeholders to elicit clear requirements and align expectations.
• Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure solution quality, traceability, and alignment with business goals.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Assist in UAT by preparing test cases and validating deliverables against requirements.
• Monitor and analyze implemented solutions to measure business value and identify improvements.
