Job summary

EXUS is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Financial Suite Delivery team in a fully remote capacity. You will analyze client requirements in credit risk workflows, translate them into technical specs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier software solutions.

You will train users, support SIT/UAT, and ensure adoption while driving concrete business impact. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in business analysis or software application consulting, within Banking or Finance

EXUS' Financial Suite (EFS) Delivery Department is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst to join a rapidly-growing team in a company that revolutionizes the way that credit risk is managed. As Business Analyst, you will be analyzing our clients' requirements and will be actively participating in the delivery process of the state-of-the-art software solutions we provide.

Role's Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand client business requirements within collections management and portfolio segmentation, aligning them with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that drive business results.
• Support clients during SIT and UAT phases, providing guidance, training, and documentation to ensure full system ownership.
• Deliver concrete business impact, translating product capabilities into measurable results.
• Adapt presentations to different client profiles-from executives to end users-highlighting the most relevant business benefits.

Requirements

• University Degree in Business, ICT or a related technical field (A Master's degree will be considered a plus).
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in business analysis or software application consulting, specifically within the Banking or Finance industry
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical/software specifications. Strong system configuration skills, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives.
• Advanced experience producing comprehensive BRDs, FRSs, process flows, training materials, and user manuals.
• Excellent client-facing skills, able to train users, facilitate workshops, and guide clients through system adoption.
• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent command of French language will be considered a plus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to travel (max 30% annually under normal conditions)
