Job summary

ENSKY CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a skilled worker for the fabrication and assembly of copper or aluminum busbars. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should have at least a High School or Vocational degree with experience in related manufacturing. Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to use various fabrication tools is essential. Job description

Fabrication and Assembly

• Fabricate, cut, bend, drill, punch, and assemble copper or aluminum busbars based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, layouts, and work instructions accurately.
• Assemble busbar systems for electrical panels, switchgear, control panels, and related electrical equipment.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, insulation, and mounting of busbar components.

Quality Control

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of fabricated busbars and assemblies.
• Verify measurements and specifications before final assembly and installation.
• Identify defects, discrepancies, or non‑conforming materials and report them immediately to the supervisor.

Tools and Equipment Handling

• Operate fabrication tools and machinery such as bending machines, cutting tools, punching machines, drills, grinders, and measuring instruments safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and proper handling of tools and equipment.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies, electrical safety procedures, and manufacturing standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
• Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Documentation and Reporting

• Record production output, material usage, and work completion reports accurately.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and quality control personnel regarding production requirements and issues.

Job Requirements

• Will be willing to work on-site in Catmon, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
