Job description

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, outlets, panels, and fixtures based on construction drawings and project plans.
• Perform cable pulling, conduit installation, and termination of wires according to industry standards.
• Conduct electrical testing, diagnostics, and quality checks to ensure system safety and functionality.
• Assist engineers and foremen in interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and load calculations.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code, OSHA regulations, and company safety protocols.
• Report electrical hazards, defects, and required repairs to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and electrical testing results.
• Operate tools, testing devices, and electrical equipment safely and responsibly.
• Coordinate with other construction teams to ensure proper integration of electrical systems.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by the Project Engineer or Electrical Foreman.

Education

• Preferably a graduate of Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM), TESDA NC II-certified, or similar vocational course.
• without TESDA is accepted with Certification from the previous copmpany

Experience

• At least 1 to 3 years\' experience as an electrician in construction or related projects.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of electrical installations, troubleshooting, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and technical diagrams.

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit, willing to work at heights, and able to handle tools and equipment safely.

Certifications (Preferred)

• TESDA NC II or NC III in Electrical Installation & Maintenance/with or without
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training is an advantage.
