Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with installation and modification of building equipment.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and repair.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Follow defined procedures and communicate clearly to exchange information.
Deliver output under close supervision by following defined procedures.
