Job summary

Responsibilities include inspections, installations, and coordination on work orders while adhering to safety standards. The role emphasizes following established procedures under supervision and ensuring efficient building system performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs or ladders and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Good communication to exchange straightforward information.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to team output by following defined duties and tasks under supervision.
• Deliver own output by adhering to defined procedures and processes.
