Job summary

RCBC Realty Corporation seeks an experienced Executive Housekeeper to manage the housekeeping operations at RCBC Plaza Building. You will lead a team, ensure safe and clean common areas, and drive sustainability through green cleaning practices.

The role involves coordinating with TRD-Helpdesk, Security, Engineering, and tenants, overseeing maintenance, inventory, and reporting to the Property Manager while upholding LEED IPM standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course.
• Five years of experience as Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Housekeeping Department operations of RCBC Plaza.
• Ensure daily upkeep of common areas and assist tenant services.
• Lead maintenance projects and green cleaning initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments and tenants on building services and IPM.
• Monitor cleanliness standards and report to Property Manager.
• Manage mailroom operations and landscaping oversight.
• Prepare weekly reports and budgets for the department.
• Support compliance with LEED IPM standards.
