Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping of common areas, lobbies, corridors, stairways, elevators, restrooms, offices, and other assigned areas.
• Maintain the building in a clean, sanitary, orderly, and presentable condition, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping, polishing, and sanitizing as required.
• Collect, segregate, and properly dispose of waste and recyclable materials in accordance with building procedures.
• Maintain restroom and housekeeping supplies, monitor stock levels, and report shortages or damaged facilities.
• Perform basic gardening and plant care for the building's plant boxes and landscaped areas, including watering, pruning, weeding, and removal of dried leaves and debris.
• Maintain the cleanliness of building entrances, walkways, service areas, and immediate surroundings as assigned.
• Properly use, clean, maintain, and store housekeeping tools and equipment, and ensure that cleaning materials are used appropriately and efficiently.
• Maintain proper inventory and monitoring of housekeeping supplies, cleaning materials, tools, and equipment, and report shortages, damages, or replenishment requirements.
• Promptly report maintenance defects, leaks, damaged fixtures, safety hazards, or other unusual conditions observed during daily work.
• Comply with building policies, safety and sanitation standards, and established
