Job description
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on building equipment, facilities, and various systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and breakdowns in equipment and systems, recommending improvements to enhance reliability.
Conduct regular checks of common areas, electrical and mechanical rooms, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Assist contractors with equipment repairs and maintenance, and complete minor installations or construction tasks like carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
Monitor and log the operational data of equipment to ensure efficient functioning.
Maintain corporate safety procedures, comply with regulations, and work towards a safe work environment.
Ensure that necessary spare parts, materials, and tools are available for completing maintenance and repair tasks.
