Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer II to support daily operation and maintenance of critical building systems across our Capitol Central destination. You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor equipment performance, supervise contractors, and ensure facilities are safe and fully operational for tenants and visitors.

This hands-on role offers growth within a high-standard regional property, requiring readiness for increased responsibility and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• PRC Professional License required.
• 3-5 years in building engineering, facilities maintenance, or technical supervision.
• Based in or willing to relocate immediately to Bacolod City.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MEP systems including chillers, HVAC, electrical, water supply, and fire protection.
• Prepare maintenance logs, work orders, and asset records; document readings and histories.
• Coordinate with contractors for scheduled works, repairs, and small-to-medium projects; ensure safety and quality benchmarks.
• Be available for on-call rotations including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Support compliance with national building codes, fire safety standards, and local ordinances.
