Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to service medium to large buildings. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair mechanical and electrical systems to ensure reliable operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
