Job summary

CBRE Building Engineer in Davao City will monitor, maintain, and repair building systems across plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. You’ll support end-to-end engineering tasks within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, ensuring reliable operations.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, test systems, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on upgrades while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in Facilities or Building systems.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems: Identify and fix issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance: Schedule and conduct regular maintenance tasks to prevent system failures.
• Inspect and test systems: Regularly inspect and test building systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Collaborate with other teams: Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement building system upgrades.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans: Create and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct energy audits: Identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations: Ensure building systems comply with relevant laws, codes, and regulations.
