Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer (Senior Associate Level) to oversee maintenance of building systems at Harbor Point (Ayala Malls).

On-site role in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City, focused on energy tracking and safety compliance. Responsibilities include supervising construction works, inspections, and preparing as-built documentation, while ensuring tenant satisfaction and adherence to mall guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Must be a registered engineer (RME or REE).
• Minimum 2 years in mall, retail, or commercial property management.
• Strong background in MEP, HVAC, emergency generators, and building maintenance.
• Proficient in project monitoring, technical plan reviews, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition to maintain tenant and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance across building systems.
• Implement energy-conservation measures while tracking daily utility consumption.
• Monitor tenant construction works to ensure adherence to mall guidelines and review plans/estimates.
• Supervise property safety programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare technical briefings, manage work requests, and complete as-built documentation.
