Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer (Senior Associate Level) to oversee building systems maintenance at Harbor Point in Subic Bay Freeport Zone. You will monitor utilities, supervise construction works, and ensure operational safety on-site.

The role requires 2+ years in mall, retail, or commercial property management, with strong MEP/HVAC and safety compliance background. Collaboration with management and timely technical documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 2 years of experience in Mall, Retail, or Commercial Property Management.
• Strong technical background in MEP, HVAC, emergency generators, and building maintenance.
• Proficient in project monitoring, technical plan reviews, and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition to maintain tenant and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance across building systems.
• Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while tracking daily utility consumption.
• Monitor tenant construction works to ensure adherence to mall guidelines and review plans/estimates.
• Supervise property safety programs to mitigate risks and maintain compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare technical briefings, manage work request statuses, and complete as-built documentation.
