Job summary

You will conduct inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies while coordinating with contractors and ensuring safety compliance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is required.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and building maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service abilities with shift flexibility.
• Licensing or certification is a plus depending on local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, water supply, and other mechanical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, common areas, utility rooms, and facilities to prevent breakdowns.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per schedules and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to malfunctions, resident concerns, maintenance requests, and emergencies.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing and coordinate repairs with contractors when needed.
• Monitor building automation, pumps, generators, elevators, and air-conditioning systems.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, readings, work orders, and incidents.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers during repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire safety requirements, environmental standards, and condo policies.
• Conduct routine meter readings and monitor utility consumption to promote efficiency.

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other technical problems and coordinate repairs when specialized contractors are required
• Monitor building automation, pumps, generators, elevators, air-conditioning systems, and other critical equipment
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, equipment readings, work orders, and incidents
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and other technical personnel during repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergencies when required
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a high-end residential environment
• Relevant professional license or certification is an advantage, depending on the position and local requirements
• Preferably with relevant experience in building maintenance, property management, hotels, condominiums, or commercial facilities
