Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Project Manager for our growing Building Automation team. You will lead a team of engineers, manage projects from start to finish, and oversee budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.

The role requires 3–5 years of project leadership, proficiency in MS Office and MS Project or Primavera, and knowledge of HVAC/building automation systems. Onsite commissioning experience is a plus, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) proficiency.
• Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems.
• Basic understanding of sequence of operations and P&IDs for HVAC and plant utilities.
• Building automation and/or industrial controls experience (Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, Inductive Automation) is a plus.
• Onsite commissioning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and steps to improve financial health.
• Establish project schedule and monitor progress for completion.
• Review risks and mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to Division Directors.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers.
• Identify causes of deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist divisional staffing and securing resources.
• Manage large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Communicate with account manager and directors on status.
• Balance project finances, customer satisfaction, and team development.
• Contribute to development of project management tools.
