Job summary

CSGROUP Pte. Ltd. is looking for a committed Operations Support professional to handle policy servicing tasks for intermediaries. You will manage emails, respond on quotations, endorsements, renewals, and related inquiries, while ensuring accuracy across processes.

In this role you will prepare reports, assist underwriting with bond documents, and provide detailed guidance for complex cases. A Diploma with relevant experience and certifications (BCP/PGI/CGI) are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma required with 3–5 years of experience in operations support or policy servicing.
• BCP, PGI, CGI certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to intermediaries' incoming emails on all aspects and respond to quotation, hold cover policy, endorsement premium, renewal instructions and inquiries.
• For complicated cases, write detailed instructions for colleagues for Business Support department processing.
• Calculate extension premium if required by intermediaries.
• Follow up on hold covered policies, completed WICA forms and outstanding information from intermediaries.
• Review renewal notices with revised terms from the underwriter.
• Prepare and print claims statistics reports.
• Prepare bond approval forms for underwriting review and approval.
• Arrange intermediaries for collection of Bond documents.
• Review LOI and related documents to ensure accurate execution.
• Prepare cash collateral acknowledgment letters.
• Attend to policy issuance inquiries from the Business Support Department.
• Any other duty as instructed by the superior.

Education
