Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented insurance operations professional to support the day‑to‑day servicing of commercial insurance accounts, coordinating with intermediaries, underwriters and internal operations teams. This role focuses on accuracy and timely handling of requests to keep policy administration smooth.

You will manage policy administration across new business, renewals and endorsements, and assist with premium calculations and bond administration

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in insurance, business, finance or related.
• CGI certification with relevant experience in General Insurance.
• Prior experience in General Insurance operations, underwriting support or policy administration.
• Prior experience supporting commercial insurance policies, renewals, endorsements and policy servicing.
• Knowledge of WICA, insurance bonds and related policy documentation.
