TP ICAP in Manila is seeking a Brokerage Analyst to support the administration of brokerage rates for Global Broking in Europe. The role is client-facing and focuses on documenting fee schedules, maintaining data in systems, and resolving client queries.

The position requires meticulous data handling, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. It begins onsite for 3 months, then transitions to hybrid—3 days in-office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide central documentation for all brokerage rates.
• Ensure proper documentation and storage of agreed brokerage rates with governance and approvals.
• Respond to customer, business, and audit requests for current or amended fee schedules.
• Notify personnel and customers of new or amended agreements.
• Engage with departments to automate brokerage rates or implement manual processes.
• Liaise with clients to follow up on queries and provide relevant brokerage letters.
