• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with brokers and senior stakeholders
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and broker performance metrics to inform decisions and strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
