Job summary

BIGO is seeking a Broadcaster Management Advisor to oversee and grow broadcaster communities in Manila, providing daily operational support and driving participation in platform campaigns.

You will analyze broadcaster performance, develop targeted engagement strategies, and support event planning and promotion across in-app placements, social media, and community channels. A data-driven mindset and strong Excel skills are essential for delivering insights and optimizing campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in user operations, event management and community engagement.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic dashboard creation.
• Data-driven mindset with basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work night shifts and odd hours; office five days a week.

Responsibilities
