We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized CAD Detailer/Technician to join our transportation infrastructure team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise and comprehensive CAD drawings and technical specifications for bridge structures and transportation projects. You will work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality construction documents that meet industry standards and project requirements. What do we need from you

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent design platforms
• 2-5 years of professional experience in CAD detailing, drafting, or technical design roles
• Strong knowledge of bridge design, structural detailing, and transportation infrastructure principles
• Solid understanding of construction standards, building codes, and design specifications relevant to bridge projects
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering designs and convert them into detailed CAD documentation
• Proficiency in organizing and managing technical files, documentation, and project information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Experience with bridge or infrastructure projects is preferred
• Familiarity with transportation infrastructure standards and design guidelines is advantageous
• Knowledge of additional design software or visualization tools is a plus
