Qualifications

• Experience delivering bridge and transportation structural design projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to handover.
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards and checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of bridge and transportation structural design projects.
• Manage projects from concept through detailed design to construction and handover.
• Undertake and oversee bridge and structural design and detailing to standards.
• Carry out and review structural analysis and design calculations.
• Manage independent design checks, including Category checks.
• Plan, programme, and manage project delivery, resources, and budgets.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated delivery.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical support to junior engineers.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across deliverables.
