VA Masters in the Philippines seeks a warm, organized Customer Service Coordinator to be the first contact for our boutique, specializing in custom gowns and alterations. You will answer calls, respond to SMS and social messages, and coordinate fittings, keeping customers updated on order progress.

The ideal candidate has a friendly, clear phone manner, excellent organizational skills, and experience maintaining accurate CRM records. Join a small, client-focused team.

Formación

• Proven experience in customer service, including handling inbound calls.
• Warm, clear, and confident phone manner with excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience managing customer inquiries through SMS and social messaging (Facebook and Instagram).
• Hands-on experience with CRM data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in appointment booking and calendar management.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a genuinely friendly, patient approach with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound phone calls professionally and return missed calls and voicemails promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages.
• Book, reschedule, and coordinate fittings, consultations, and other appointments.
• Provide customers with clear and timely updates on the status of their gowns and alterations.
• Record all bookings, customer details, and interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Maintain an organized appointment calendar and send reminders and confirmations as needed.
• Gather the details needed for each inquiry and route complex requests to the right team member.
• Follow up with customers to make sure each one receives a smooth, personal experience from inquiry to final fitting.
