Job summary

Wedded Wonderland is seeking an Online Wedding Coordinator who warmly advises brides online, learns their date, destination, budget and style, and connects them with the right vendors and packages. This is a fully remote, full-time role in the Philippines.

You are the first friendly voice, handling inquiries via chat, WhatsApp and email, conducting discovery calls, and guiding brides from first contact to booking while maintaining exceptional service for a luxury brand.

Qualifications

2+ years in client-facing roles such as customer service, hospitality, events or bridal.
Excellent written and spoken English, with a warm, polished tone suited to a luxury brand.
Confidence on video calls and the ability to build rapport quickly with brides from different cultures.
Strong organisation: you can juggle 30+ active conversations without dropping a follow-up.
Experience using a CRM or helpdesk, and comfort with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Talk to brides: reply to inquiries via website chat, WhatsApp and email, run discovery calls, be the go-to contact until booking.
Match brides to venues and vendors from the directory, introduce brides to vendors, and follow up to convert conversations into bookings.
Keep things organised: log each bride in the CRM, track introductions and bookings, flag hot leads and issues, gather feedback, and improve FAQs and checklists.
