Job summary

The Rolling Pin Food Corporation (MISTER PULLMAN) is hiring a Production Supervisor for its bread manufacturing operations in Laguna. You will supervise daily production activities, ensure targets are met, and uphold product quality standards.

You will manage manpower, machines and materials, enforce GMP and safety policies, and coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires a degree in Food Technology or engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and demonstrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP and quality management systems (e.g. HACCP, ISO).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Supervisory/people management experience is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in San Antonio San Pedro Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor and manage manpower, machines and materials for efficient and safe operations.
• Implement company policies, procedures and safety standards in the production area.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Conduct regular checks and provide reports on production performance and corrective actions.
