Job summary

Jake Bros., Inc. is seeking a Brand Officer to drive sales and marketing effectiveness across channels in the Philippines. You will help localize brand strategies and oversee campaigns from concept to execution.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, monitor market trends, and analyze customer feedback to strengthen the brand and improve engagement across in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
• P&L management and pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sr. Business Dev Head to localize, develop, and implement brand strategies to drive sales.
• Go-To-Market & Campaigns: Deliver a consistent brand message through product launches and marketing initiatives across channels.
• Market Research: monitor competitor activity, regional/industry trends, and consumer behavior to exploit opportunities or mitigate risks.
• Customer Engagement: Analyze customer feedback and engage with store personnel to improve brand perception and engagement.
• Performance Tracking: monitor brand campaigns and promotions, suggest improvements, and track sell-thru.
• Collaboration: work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
• Vendor and Partner Relations: coordinate with external vendors for promotional materials and branding projects.
