- Proven track record leading multi-location brand stores.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of gaming/electronics industry trends.
- Ability to drive sales through strategic planning.
- Experience in team development and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all brand stores for gaming/electronics
- Develop strategies to maximize sales and store performance
- Implement innovative retail concepts and merchandising solutions
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all locations
- Collaborate with marketing for promotions and events
