• Retail Brand Stores: Oversee commercial performance, merchandising standards, foot-traffic conversion, and sales team operations across brand stores in top-tier shopping malls.
• Wholesale & Outright Distribution: Build and scale key partner relationships with major national electronics retailers, appliance centers, and independent distributors.
• Consignment Sales: Manage partner inventory velocity, sell-through optimizations, and commercial agreements with key department stores and specialty retailers.
• E-Commerce & Digital Channels: Collaborate with digital marketing to maximize direct-to-consumer sales across proprietary web stores and major online marketplaces.
