About the role
Company (Confidential) sells across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces, and protecting listings, reputation, and pricing is critical as we scale. We are looking for a Brand Protection Specialist to safeguard our presence across every marketplace, keeping unauthorized sellers off our listings, our content accurate, and our reviews and feedback clean. This is a role for someone persistent and detail-driven who takes ownership of enforcement from detection through resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor marketplaces daily for unauthorized sellers, counterfeit listings, and MAP violations, and drive removals through to completion
- Run enforcement workflows end to end: test buys, seller outreach, and escalations through Amazon Brand Registry
- Proactively audit all listings on a regular cadence, reviewing imagery, pricing, and content accuracy, and correcting or flagging anything that needs updating
- Manage the removal of negative seller feedback and product reviews wherever eligible, always working within Amazon's guidelines and policies so account health is never put at risk
- Protect listing integrity by identifying hijacked listings, unauthorized content changes, and suppressions, and resolving them quickly
- Maintain thorough tracking of all Amazon cases from filing through resolution, with clear status and documentation on every one
- Compile and share a daily end-of-day report covering marketplace sales, account health, and enforcement activity, pulling figures across channels into one clear snapshot for the team
- Report on enforcement outcomes, including seller removal rates, violation trends, and open cases
- Maintain and improve brand protection SOPs, documenting processes clearly as they evolve
- Take ownership of carrier and 3PL claims, including parcel claims for lost or damaged shipments
